<br />Numerous attempts have been made by this office over the past two years (through phone <br />calls and correspondence) to cooperatively gain compliance on these issues. This effort <br />has met with minimal success and the property remains in violation of numerous code <br />sections. <br /> <br />Unless the above listed violations are corrected within 30 days, or a different agreement <br />is reached within this same time frame, the City will pursue abatement of the violations <br />thru Roseville City Code Section 407.06 (copy enclosed). <br /> <br />Please note that the City of Roseville offers a number of housing improvement programs <br />(copy enclosed).
