Mailed June 11, 1998. <br />06-30-98 Inspection - no improvements - pictures taken. <br />07-20-98 Inspection - some soffit repairs attempted. <br />07 -30-98 Sent letter requesting meeting to discuss situation. <br />08-05-98 Received a call from Mr. Olson (owner). He stated he would begin repairs and have <br /> completed by September 1998. <br />09-10-98 Inspection - very few soffit repairs completed. Left a message for Mr. Olson. No <br /> response. <br />11-19-98 Left a message for Mr. Olson - no response. <br />12-03-98 Left a message for Mr. Olson warning of possible court action. Mr. Olson returned the <br /> call and stated the work was complete. Two inspectors inspected the site. All <br /> conditions the same. Took pictures. <br />12-08-98 Left a message for Mr. Olson to meet. <br />12-10-98 Mr. Olson called - meeting set for 12-15-98 at 5:00 p.m. <br />
