<br />3 2.() 1 <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ROSEVILLE CITY CODE, <br />SECTION 1007.01E, REGARDING BUILDING HEIGHT <br /> <br />The City Council of the City ofRoseville, Minnesota, does hereby ordain: <br /> <br />SECTION 1. PURPOSE: The purpose of this Ordinance is to clarify the <br />Sections of the City Code relating building height within Industrial Districts. <br /> <br />SECTION 2. Section I007.0IE is hereby amended as follows: <br /> <br />l007.07E Building Height as follows: Building height for manufacturing, <br />laboratory, warehouse and showroom structures shall be no greater than 45 <br />feet in any industrial (1-1 Light Industrial, 1-2 General Industrial, 1-2A <br />Special Industrial). Office structures shall be limited to four stories and a <br />height of 60 feet, in any industrial (1-1 Light Industrial, 1-2 General <br />Industrial, 1-2A Special Industrial). <br /> <br />SECTION 3. EFFECTIVE DATE: This Ordinance shall take effect upon <br />passage by the City Council and shall become a portion of the City Code after <br />publication. <br /> <br />Passed by the Roseville City Council this t'l:!. day of ~. 2000. <br />
