<br />DRAFT ORDINANCE <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ROSEVILLE CITY CODE, <br />SECTION 1007.01E, REGARDING BUILDING HEIGHT <br /> <br />The City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, does hereby ordain: <br /> <br />SECTION 1. PURPOSE. The purpose of this Ordinance is to clarify the <br />Sections ofthe City Code relating building height within Industrial Districts. <br /> <br />SECTION 2. Section 1007.0IE is hereby amended as follows: <br /> <br />1007.0IE. Building Height: Building height for manufacturing. laboratory. <br />warehouse and showroom structures shall net be no greater than f-orty five <br />feet ( 45') 45 feet. Office structures shall be limited to four stories. regardless <br />of height, in any industrial (I-I Light Industrial. 1-2 General Industrial. 1-2A <br />Special Industrial) district. <br /> <br />SECTION 3. Effective Date. This Ordinance shall take effect upon passage by <br />the City Council and shall become a portion of the City Code after publication. <br /> <br />Passed by the Roseville City Council this _ day of <br /> <br />,2000. <br />
