The home must be able to be built within six months from the time the Agreements are <br />is executed. An extension may be granted only with prior approval of the City. <br /> <br />. Plan must be prepared in consultation with an Architectural Designer or other design <br />professiona I. <br /> <br />. Home shall be single family owner occupied upon completion. <br /> <br />. A minimum of three bedrooms is required. A fourth bedroom or a den is preferred. <br /> <br />. Two full bathrooms are preferred. A home design with 1112 baths will be considered. <br /> <br />. A two-car garage with a paved, hard surface driveway is required. <br /> <br />. Exterior materials (siding, doors and windows) should be low maintenance. Hardboard <br />siding materials are not acceptable. <br /> <br />. Unit height and mass of new home shall be compatible with the scale ofthe surrounding <br />neighborhood. The house building lines, variable roof lines, door and window placement <br />used to minimize wall mass and house orientation to street, must present a balanced <br />and pleasing view from all sides. <br /> <br />.
