Avril 13th, at apvroximatelv 3:30 V.m. in <br />the Roseville Citv Hall Community Develovment Conference Room. <br /> <br />Timothy John Poor and Corinne Annette Green Poor, 1521 Roselawn Avenue West, <br />Roseville, have petitioned for a Setback Permit to allow the replacement of the existing <br />l2(w)' x 20(d)' one car garage with a 26(w)' x 24(d)' two car garage, together with <br />replacement of the existing concrete driveway with a new concrete driveway of the same <br />width. The rear (north) and side (east) property line setbacks are currently 2'; with the <br />new construction the setbacks will be increased to 3' from the rear and side yard property <br />lines. <br /> <br />The Setback Permit process allows adjacent property owners the opportunity to comment <br />on the proposal in writing or affords them time to comment at the hearing. Should you <br />have any comments or questions about this particular Setback Permit application, please <br />feel free to attend the meeting on Thursday, April 13, 2000 or provide them to my <br />attention.
