The following information/materials must be submitted by the applicant (and <br />determined. complete by the Community Development Director) ten (10) days before <br />the application may be considered by the Development Review Committee: <br /> <br />a. Application and fee of $25. <br /> <br />b. Listing of names and addresses for each contiguous property owner. <br /> <br />c. Proposed plan (2 copies) including site plan. landscape plan, grading <br />and drainage plan and exterior building elevation drawings showing <br />buildings. Such drawings shall be 81/2 x 11. <br /> <br />d. Narrative: Attach an explanation of why this permit is needed. the <br />resulting impact on the neighborhood. and responses to items 9,10. and <br />11. <br /> <br />e.
