<br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br /> <br />Special meeting of the City Council- Friday, April 11, 1997. 2:00 P.M. <br /> <br />The City Council met on the above date with the following members present: Wiski, ROLL CALL <br />Maschka, Mastel, Goedeke, and Wall. Members absent: None. <br /> <br />The Council took one 10 minute break during the discussion of <br />Item H-l-from 4:15 p.m. to 4:25 p.m. <br /> <br />H. HEARINGS <br />H -1 Wiski moved, Goedeke seconded, that the Ryan PUD amendment proposal <br />is consistent with the Comprehensive Plan business designati'>n and the <br />business/PUD zoning in the area. Roll Call, Ayes: Wiski, M~.schka, Mastel, <br />Goedeke, and Wall. Nays: None. <br /> <br />Maschka moved, Wiski seconded, that Ordinance 1177, Ryar Company's <br />request for an amended PUD with attached PUD standards of the Ryan <br />proposed amendment, inclusive of the modifications made on the record by the <br />Council prior to the making of this motion, to the Centre Pohte Planned Unit <br />Development, be adopted. The effective date of the ordinancl~ is upon <br />publication. Roll Call, Ayes: Wiski, Maschka, Mastel, Goedc:ke, and Wall. <br />Nays: None. <br /> <br />Goedeke moved, Mastel seconded, that the minor subdivisiors be approved to <br />allow for administrative approval for minor lot line reconflguration (move the <br />lot lines to fit the design of the buildings) as the applicant apJ,lies for building <br />pennits. No new lots or roadways would be created. Roll Cdl, Ayes: Wiski, <br />Maschka, Mastel, Goedeke, and Wall. Nays: None. <br /> <br />H-2 Wiski moved, Maschka seconded, that CSM/Ryan Company's request for <br />preliminary and final plat approval for a portion of the Cenm Pointe project <br />to be known as Centre Pointe Business Park Second Additior. be approved, <br />directing the Mayor to sign the official plat, creating Centre I'ointe Business <br />Park Second Addition with four lots from a three lot portion of the original <br />Centre Pointe plat subject to: <br /> <br />1. Easement vacations and/or relocation to confonn with new lot lines. <br /> <br />2. Execution of a Subdivision Development Agreement for the Second <br />Addition plat. <br /> <br />3.
