The meeting is a time for the applicant to review and <br />explain the proposed development to the nearby property owners. <br /> <br />Please indicate the date that you have met or will be meeting with the affected <br />property owners: <br /> <br />0) <br /> <br />Except as noted, the following information must be submitted for all <br />applications: <br /> <br />A. <br /> <br />@ <br /> <br />C. <br /> <br />D. <br />.==-. <br /> <br />~ <br /> <br />~ <br />t1cr\AV/.:L- <br /> <br />Application and Fee <br /> <br />Abstractor's Certificate for each owner of the land within 350 feet of <br />the boundaries of the property for which a land use action is <br />requested, plus two copies of mailing labels with names and <br />addresses of properties on the Abstractors Certificate. <br /> <br />Proposed plans (2 copies) including site plan, landscape plan, <br />grading and drainage plan, and exterior building elevation drawings <br />showing building materials is required as well as appropriate photos. <br />Such drawings shall be on 8-1/2"x11" or 11 "x17" paper, drawn to <br />scale, and shall be in a reproducible format. <br /> <br />A one-page minimum narrative/explanation of the site planning, <br />landscaping, and architecture of project in detail including the need <br />for the project, any physical hardships, and the expected noise, air, <br />drainage, lighting, waste management, parking, and traffic impacts. <br /> <br />Proof that the applicant has control of the property for which land <br />use action is requested (purchase agreement, certificate of <br />ownership, etc.) -, <br /> <br />Additional information or documents required by the City Planner. A <br />pre-submittal meeting should be scheduled with the City Planner <br />(651.490.2236) to discuss any additional information or documents <br />required for your request. <br /> <br />21. Application Process: (to be completed bv CD staff) <br /> <br />A. Applications and accompanying documents are reviewed by the City staff. <br /> <br />B. The completed application is scheduled for the next available Planning <br />Commission public hearing. Estimated date: <br /> <br />C.
