<br />4.4 The exterior of the building must be of similar materials and color of the home. <br /> <br />4.5 Because of the size of the new structure (1,000 s.f.) no other accessory building or tool <br />shed may be permitted on the property. <br /> <br />4.6 The maximum height (as defined in Section 1004.01) shall be 15 feet. <br /> <br />4.7 The existing detached accessory structure must be removed from the site. <br /> <br />4.8 Prior to issuance of a building permit, and within 60 days after approval of the <br />conditional use permit, the applicant must record the conditional use permit with the <br />Ramsey County Recorder. <br /> <br />4.9 This conditional use permit expires 6 months after approval if a building permit has not <br />been issued. (Section 1013.03) <br /> <br />5.0 STAFF RECOMMENDATION <br /> <br />The staff recommends approval of the conditional use permit to allow construction of a <br />1,000 square foot detached accessory building, based on the findings in Section 3 and <br />subject to the conditions listed in Section 4 of this report. <br /> <br />6.0 SUGGESTED PLANNING COMMISSION ACTION <br /> <br />By motion, recommend approval Tim Honigschmidt's request for a conditional use <br />permit to allow construction of a 1,000 square foot detached accessory building (gargae <br />and screened porch) at 1378 Sandhurst Drive North, based on the findings in Section 3 <br />subject to the conditions recommended in Section 4 of this report. <br /> <br />Attachments: Site survey and building plans. <br />60-Day Schedule: Application accepted on April 28, 2000, Decision deadline is June 26, 2000. <br />Prepared by: Thomas Paschke <br /> <br />PF3212 RPCA (051000) - Page 3 of 3 <br />
