Attachment 7.a. <br />NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING <br />HOUSING AND REDEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY <br />IN AND FOR THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />A public hearing will be held September 30th, 2014 at 6:00 p.m. (or as soon thereafter as <br />possible) by the Housing and Redevelopment Authority in and for the City of Roseville <br />(the “HRA”) in the Council Chambers at City Hall at 2660 Civic Center Drive, Roseville, <br />Minnesota, regarding sale of property owned by the HRA that is described as follows: <br />The real property legally described as: <br />NW ¼ of SE ¼ of Section 15, Town 29, Range 23 <br />having a street address of: <br />1840 Hamline Avenue, Roseville, MN 55113 <br />The HRA will consider the conveyance of the specified property to Jamie Crandall and <br />Greg Tharaldson, to construct a single family house on that site. At the hearing, the HRA <br />board will meet to decide if the conveyance is advisable. <br />Any person desiring to speak on this item may appear at the public hearing and present <br />their views orally or in writing.
