<br />Precinct 9 Roseville Lutheran Church <br />1215 Roselawn Avenue West <br /> <br />District 54A <br /> <br />Precinct 10 National Guard Training Center <br />211 McCarrons Boulevard North <br /> <br />District 54A <br /> <br />Per Minnesota Statute 204B.14, Subd. 6 (c), a street or roadway that has been platted but <br />not graded does not qualify as a visible, clearly recognizable physical feature. The plan <br />submitted to the City Council on April 8 contained one precinct with such a boundary. <br />The precinct line between Precincts 8 and 10 is adjusted to run along County Road B <br />from Dale and Rice Street. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Member <br />Kough, and upon a vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />Kough, Klausing, Schroeder, Maschka and Kysylyczyn and the following voted against <br />the same: none. <br /> <br />WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
