<br />Roseville Community Development Department <br />2660 Civic Center Dr. <br />Roseville, MN 55113 <br /> <br />May 25, 2000 <br /> <br />Re: Planning File 3217 <br />Minor subdivision for Property on Brenner St. <br />Lots 31 and 32, Block 3, Owasso, Minnesota Realty Co's <br /> <br />Explanation of request: <br /> <br />The two lots (31 and 32) were purchased with the intent of merging them into a single lot for the <br />purpose of building a single family home. Two additional parcels were generated, Parcel A and Parcel <br />C, (referencing the survey drawing submitted with the subdMsion application). <br /> <br />Parcel A was requested by the occupants of the home on the adjacent lot immediately to the northwest <br />of Parcel A. They had made a previous request of the original owners of lot 32 to purchase the area <br />specified in Parcel A when lot 32 went up for sale. As the purchasers of lot 32, we agreed to complete <br />this transaction. <br /> <br />Parcel C is being sold off the occupants of the property immediately to the west of Parcel C. They had <br />built an above ground pool and deck that was situated completely on Lot 31 (see outline of pool and <br />deck on Parcel C).
