<br />Tim & Tina Honigschmidt <br />1378 Sandhurst Drive West <br />Roseville, Minnesota 55113 <br /> <br />May 4, 2000 <br /> <br />RE: Setback Permit Application Narrative <br /> <br />To whom it may concern: <br /> <br />We are requesting a Setback Permit / Variance to allow us to place our new garage 3ft. and the <br />driveway 6ft. from the property line. It is our desire to remove the existing garage and replace it <br />with a new enlarged garage. Allowing us to enclose our automobiles, yard equipment and to <br />give us added storage space. <br /> <br />The proposed new garage is in keeping with the visual appearance of the neighborhood. The <br />new structure will remove all automobiles from close proximity of our neighbors living quarters. <br />Also it will provide better drainage in this area. There is standing water between the existing <br />garage and our neighbors. By moving the new foundation to the property line and by raising the <br />foundation 8" the water can be channeled away from our neighbor's house and away from new <br />garage. <br /> <br />We meet most of the conditions of paragraph 10, accept (d.) and (f.).
