Review of the 2014 dental claims <br />98 <br />compared to premiums paid resulted in no increase in premiums for 2015 and there are <br />99 <br />no changes in coverage for the plan. <br />100 <br />101 <br />Life & Long Term Disability: <br />102 <br />103 <br />The City went to market last year and Standard Insurance through the FCI City/County <br />104 <br />Consortium was been awarded a two year contract through 2015 which provides for no <br />105 <br />plan changes or rate changes for Long Term Disability or Basic and Voluntary Life <br />106 <br />insurance. <br />107 <br />108 <br />Financial Impact: <br />109 <br />110 <br />The proposed Cafeteria Benefits budget for 2015 as presented above is a $16,500 increase over <br />111 <br />the 2014 budget.
