<br /> <br />November 8, 2000 <br /> <br />Mr. Jerome Krueger <br />1844 Hamline Avenue <br />Roseville, Minnesota 55113 <br /> <br />RE: Recording of Approved Minor Subdivision. <br /> <br />Dear Mr. Krueger: <br /> <br />On June 12, 2000, the Roseville City Council adopted Resolution #9781 (attached) approving <br />your application for a minor subdivision of property at 1844 Hamline A venue, subject to a <br />number of conditions. <br /> <br />Since the Council approval, I have been made aware that a single-family home building permit <br />was issued for the parcel created fronting Huron Street. However, I have reviewed the file and <br />questioned the Engineering Department on whether a quit claim deed was ever signed for <br />recording. Doug Strong, Engineering Supervisor, has indicated that he has not signed a quit <br />claim deed granting City approval (for recording) of the minor subdivision of 1844 Hamline <br />Avenue. <br /> <br />Condition "G" in the approved resolution indicates that you have 60 days to record the minor <br />subdivision.
