We have reviewed the proposed site plans and make the following recommendations. 1.) Waters Edge doses not appear to present problems with access as is now proposed. 8ullt:lluy,1he site is adequately marked with yellow curbs and signs. At the time of plan review for permit, I will indicate on the plan, where additional signs will be required. 2.) ~i'" Om'! i~ currently a problem especially in the mornings and again in the evening When the service and repair trucks are arriving and departing. We have concerns regarding access at this facility. As a condition for their approval for additional parking, I would recommend that adequate fire lanes be required and maintained. Media One should be required to submit a site plan for review and comment for the purpose of indicating where the proper access will be required. They must also understand that several of the parking spaces now. in use will.no longer be available if proper access is provided. . 3.) lJIke Ridae Health Care is also a potential problem as proposed. The placement of the islands in the parking lot appear to present problems for turning radii. Chief Gasaway has expressed a desire for the Arial Ladder Trucks to be able to access the parking lot. With the proposed curbed islands, this does not seem' to be practical. However, with the drawings provided, it is not possible to definitively determine this at this time.
