Like Ridge owns the lot to the north of the exis,ting parking lot <br />and it is appropriately zoned B-1. The pro'posahyould create one level parking lot at <br />approximately the same elevation as the existing lot Approximately60.newparking <br />spaces will be created. Over 13 ,000 cubic yards of soil.will be removed froth the site. A <br />complete grading plan and a landscape and fencing plan have been submitted with the <br />application.
