<br />On ThUrsday; May' 25, the J)evel~pment Review Committee held a hearing to discuss your
<br />Setback }>ermit applicatipn. The committee has approved your request; therefore, when the street
<br />is reco~tructed, YOlirdriveway will be replaced in the same location as it exists today. The
<br />'setbackpennit will be placed in our permit file so that in the future we will have record of your
<br />driveway 'setback vanance.' '
