<br />Subsequently two lawsuits were commenced
<br />in.'RamseY',County District. Court asking
<br />fora determination of the .City Council's
<br />actions. They'bear Ramsey County District
<br />Court, File Nos. 386921 and 392495.

<br />The .second lawsuit referred to above involved a lawsuit
<br />by various property owners challenging. the Council's
<br />action. This matter was not finally determined until
<br />June 14, 1974, when the City of Rosevil1e approved a
<br />Stipulation wherein the property' owners waived their
<br />rights to appeal to the Supreme Court and the City
<br />waived certain rights to tax costs.
<br />
<br />The ot:1er' .li'tigation. which involved a lawsuit by Zimmerman
<br />Realty was not resolved until 1975.
