The area . <br />proposed fOf the housing.is currently a redevelopment site that was a former gas station and is <br />currently deteriorating and underutilized. The site is zoned for businesses and would require a <br />rezoning for multiple housing. . , <br /> <br />City staff has reviewed the proposal with the applicant and feel it is a good reuse of the site. <br />We have discussed the formal land use planning process needed w,ith the.applicant to rezone <br />the land as a planned unit development and expect an application will be submitted upon award <br />'of funds from MHF A.
