B.-l <br /> <br />C,Manager A pw.~a: ..1-_, Agenda Section: <br />~ CONSENT <br /> <br />Request by Accessible Space, Inc. for Final Plat approval of Roselawn <br />Village Addition located in the southeast comer of Lexington Avenue and <br />Rose1awn Avenue (PF3224). <br /> <br />1.0 PROJECT REVIEW: <br /> <br />1.1 ASI (Accessible Space Inc.) has requested approval of the final plat pertaining to the <br />redevelopment of the former Kath (Phillips 66) gas station site and the 2 adjoining parcels (4 <br />total parcels) into a two lots, Lot 1 and Lot 2, Block 1, Roselawn Village Addition, an office <br />and supportive housing redevelopment. <br /> <br />1.2 On March 4, 2002, the Roseville City Council approved the General Concept Plan for ASI <br />(Accessible Space Inc.) and VSI Construction and the preliminary plat creating the necessary <br />parcels for the redevelopment project. Each lot will contain 35,824 square feet and be of equal <br />dimensions. <br /> <br />PROJECT REVIEW HISTORY <br /> <br />. Application submitted on April 1 0, 2002. <br />. Application Determined Complete on June 1, 2002 <br />· 60-day review deadline on July 30, 2002 <br />. Staff Recommendations to City Council on the preliminary plat, comprehensive plan <br />amendment, property rezoning, final development plan, and planned unit development <br />agreements on June 17" 2002. <br />.
