<br />WHEREAS, the Community Development Department prepared information for the <br />final development agreement and after review by the applicant and city staff there was a need for <br />additional time to complete the final PUD agreement which could not be accomplished prior to <br />the City Council meeting of October 22, 2001; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Robert Larson, applicant, submitted a written request to reschedule the <br />final development agreement and zoning map amendment decision to a meeting at a later date <br />(estimated to be November 26,2001) when all documents have been updated, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the 60-day review period for the final PUD Development Agreement and <br />zoning map amendment expires on November 25,2001, thus creating the need for an extension <br />of the 60-day review; and <br />WHEREAS, city staff and applicant have requested a 60-day extension to the 60-day <br />review period, pursuant to Minnesota Statutes 15.99, to allow the proper review and <br />consideration of the Robert Larson, Roseville Mobile Home Park request. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council (the "Council") of the <br />City ofRoseville, (the "City"), Ramsey County, Minnesota, pursuant to Minnesota Statutes <br />15.99, that the time line for agency review of the application of Robert Larson, for his project <br />Roseville Mobile Homes Planned Unit Development, be extended for up to 60 days, from <br />October 22, 2001 to December 22, 2001. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Council <br />Member Goedeke and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor: Klausing, <br />Maschka, Goedeke and Kysylyczyn <br /> <br />and the following voted against: None <br /> <br />WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br /> <br />2 <br />
