<br />ORDINANCE NO. <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING TITLE 10, OF THE CITY CODE, CHANGING THE ZONING <br />MAP DESIGNATION OF CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY AT 2599 LEXINGTON A VENUE <br />FROM R-2, TWO FAMILY RESIDENCE DISTRICT AND B-3, GENERAL BUSINESS <br />DISTRICT TO MH-PUD, RESIDENTIAL PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT, WITH AN <br />UNDERL YING ZONE OF R-8, MOBILE HOME DISTRICT (pF #3225) <br /> <br />The City Council of the City of Roseville does ordain: <br /> <br />Section 1. Real Property Rezoned. Pursuant to Section \ 0 \5 (Zoning Amendments) and <br />Section \008 (Planned Unit Developments) of the City Zoning Code of the City of Roseville, and after <br />the City Council consideration on PF3225, the following property, generally located at 2599 Lexington <br />A venue, City of Roseville, is hereby rezoned from R-2, Two Family Residence District and B-3, General <br />Business District to MH-PUD.
