After the approval date of this PUD, no additional overhead wires or <br />poles shall be added to the Park except for replacement of faulty equipment and for street <br />and security lighting systems. <br /> <br />9.2 J Recreation Areas. The Park shall maintain a minimum of one recreational area as illustrated <br />on the master site plan. <br /> <br />9.22 Reserved. <br /> <br />9,23 Signage. Signage for the site shall be limited to one (l) monument sign on the front <br />(Lexington Avenue) of the site, with a total sign area not to exceed 80 s.f. of the front face <br />area. The monument sign shall not exceed a maximum of eight (8) feet in height, 10 feet in <br />width, and shall be setback 15 feet from any property line. The monument sign structure <br />shall be constructed with supports consisting of masonry materials. The monument sign may <br />be lighted. The light source shall not be visible from the public right-of-way or from adjacent <br />properties. <br /> <br />9.2-1 Address Signage. Beginning at each entrance from a public street and leading to the private <br />streets within the Park, the developer shall post address directories with the range of <br />addresses within each private street. For life safety purposes, lettering of address ranges on <br />the directory signage shall be 6 inches in height and of reflective materials. <br /> <br />9,25 Lighting. Lighting for private streets parking lots shall be pole mounted, of a downcast, <br />cutofftype, concealing the light source from view and preventing glare. Lighting ofbuilding <br />exteriors shall be limited to the front of the building. Security lighting shall be allowed. <br />Lighting shall also be consistent throughout the development and meet the lighting <br />requirements of Section 1010.12 of the City Code. <br /> <br />9.26 Improvement Schedule, Construction of improvements listed in Exhibit G shall commence <br />within the year scheduled unless an alternative improvement plan is filed and approved by <br />the Community Development Director.
