Building <br />Official for the City of Roseville. dated June 4, 2002. the <br />emergency shelter complies with Section 9.10 of the PUD <br />Agreement as an approved emergency shelter. As such the <br />emergency shelter constitutes an approved shelter pursuant to <br />Minnesota Statutes. Chapter 327.20, Subd. 1(7) and Minnesota <br />Rules, Chapter 1370. <br /> <br />3. For clarification purposes only, Developer may replace mobile <br />homes or manufactured home units or fill vacant preexisting <br />(prior to approval of date of this PUD) and use then-existing <br />setbacks, but not less than the setback set by the previous <br />unit. Existing or replacement structures and accessory <br />structures shall meet the building setback requirements within <br />Minnesota Statutes Chapter 327.20. Subd. 1(3). <br />
