<br />Community Development Department <br />651.490.2279. fax: 651.490.2931 <br /> <br />June 8, 2000 <br /> <br />Dear Roseville Property Owner: <br /> <br />You are cordially invited to attend and participate in the Roseville Development Review <br />Committee's (DRC) Setback Permit Hearing on Thursday, June 15.2000. at 3:30 p.m., in the <br />Rosevi/le City Hall Community Development Conference Room. <br /> <br />rt= Mark Lesch, 1139 County Road B, has applied for a Setback Permit to allow the reconstruction <br />of his detached garage two feet into the required five foot side yard and rear yard setback. <br /> <br />The Setback Permit process allows adjacent property owners the opportunity to comment on the <br />proposal in writing and also slows for the opportunity to comment at the above-mentioned <br />hearing.
