Sanfred is from out of town and <br />will be here only for week or so. <br /> <br />Attached is a drawing (albeit sketchy) of what his surveyor has suggested. The lot is <br />142x300 (has the home on); the lot next to it which his Mother also owns is the one he <br />wants to split with the neighbor, ending up with each lot having an approximately 30' <br />wider lot. <br /> <br />I gave Mr Olson a planning application, but told him this was most likely a rather simple <br />procedure. (it appears he could go through "recombination" process). <br /> <br />Would you please call him (today or tomorrow am if possible) and advise him of correct <br />procedure he will need to go thru to accomplish the splitting of the lot.... <br /> <br />Thanks, <br />Pat <br />
