This form of a Minor Subdivision ' <br />requires Council approval, but does not require a hearing or consideration by the Planning <br />Commission. This determination is slightly different than previously discussed. However, <br />you can still proceed with creating the "quit claim deeds" for City signature and recording. <br /> <br />Staff will forward your request to the City Council with the applicable information for <br />consideration at their June 27 meeting. The meeting begins at 6:30 and your attendance in <br />necessary . <br /> <br />I am returning your check that was initially supposed to cover the fee for a two lot minor <br />subdivision. There is no fee for the recombination process.
