This pennit is needed in order for the home owner to add a third car <br />garage to the existing residence. At present, the existing structure <br />has a 40 foot setback from both the east ( front) and the south ( side) <br />sides of the house. When the garage addition is added the set back will <br />be 26 feet on the south side. <br /> <br />2. Given that the residence is located on a comer lot, (East being the front <br />and South being the side with a cross street) and the garage added to the <br />south, there would be no impact to the neighbors immediately to the <br />south. No additional drive ways would be added from the cross street to <br />the south. The drive way would remain on the front of the house and, <br />large evergreen trees would remain on the south side, closet to the cross <br />street <br /> <br />3. There are no other alternatives for a third car garage in terms of this <br />particular property. The best plan is where we have recommended it. <br />
