June 15.2000. at 3:30 p.m,. in the <br />Roseville City Hall Community Development Conference Room. <br /> <br />Dean Sabetti, 2016 Beacon Street, has applied for a Setback Permit to allow the construction of <br />an addition onto his existing attached garage. The request seeks allowance for and encroachment <br />of five feet into the required front yard setback. <br /> <br />The Setback Permit process allows adjacent property owners the opportunity to comment on the <br />proposal in writing and also slows for the opportunity to comment at the above-mentioned <br />hearing.
