<br />~ <br /> <br />July 26, 2000 <br /> <br />Mr. Dean Sabetti <br />2016 Beacon Street <br />Roseville, Minnesota 55113 <br /> <br />Re: Request for Side Yard Setback Variance <br /> <br />Dear Mr. Sabetti: <br /> <br />This letter confirms the approval of your request for a 20-foot comer side yard setback <br />variance to allow for an addition to your existing garage. <br /> <br />The Roseville City Council, at the regular meeting of July 24, 2000, approve Resolution <br />9796, an executed copy of which is attached, and voted unanimously in favor of the <br />following motion: <br /> <br />"Mastel moved, Goedeke seconded, by resolution, to approve the request by Dean <br />Sabettifor a 20-foot corner side yard setback variance to allow an addition to the <br />existing garage (or reconstruction) on property located at 2016 Beacon Street, <br />conditioned on the finding stipulated by the Roseville Planning commission and <br />those additional findings determined by the City Council. " <br /> <br />It will be necessary for you to prepare and submit a site plan for the addition at the time <br />you apply for your building permit.
