Roll Call <br /> Mayor Roe called the meeting to order at approximately 6:00 p.m. Voting and Seating <br /> Order: McGehee, Willmus, Laliberte, Etten, and Roe. City Manager Pat Trudgeon and <br /> City Attorney Mark Gaughan were also present. <br /> Councilmember McGehee was unable to attend due to travel conflicts. <br /> Due to a previously scheduled school activity, Councilmember Etten planned to join the <br /> meeting later; however, was unable to arrive prior to the end of the meeting. <br /> 2. Approve Agenda <br /> Councilmember Laliberte requested moving agenda item 13.g entitled, "Consider <br /> Amending the City's Operating Fund Cash Reserve Policy" immediately after the joint <br /> meeting with the Police Civil Service Commission in order to facilitate a request by the <br /> City's Finance Commission representative. <br /> Laliberte moved, Willmus seconded approval of the agenda as amended. <br /> Roll Call <br /> Ayes: Willmus, Laliberte and Roe. <br /> Nays: None. <br /> 3. Public Comment <br /> Mayor Roe called for public comment by members of the audience on any non-agenda <br /> items. No one appeared to speak. <br /> 4. Council Communications,Reports, and Announcements <br /> Mayor Roe announced an upcoming Police Explorer's informational meeting scheduled <br /> at City Hall on September 25, 2014 at 6:00 p.m.; several meetings in a series sponsored <br /> by the Roseville Housing & Redevelopment Authority on September 27 and October 4, <br /> 2014, both from 2:00—4:00 p.m. respectively entitled, "Understanding, Buying or Own- <br /> ing Hybrid or Electric Vehicles;" and "Crime Prevention through Environmental Design" <br /> with additional information on either available at 792-7015 or hra@ci.roseville.mn.us. <br /> Mayor Roe provided updates on several meeting date changes, as well as a summary of <br /> upcoming city meetings. <br /> Mayor Roe announced the upcoming Fire Department Auxiliary Booya on October 5, <br /> 2014 starting at 11:00 a.m., at the V. F. W. Club at 1145 Wooddale Drive directly across <br /> from the new Fire Station; along with the Fire Department Open House on October 9, <br /> 2014 from 6:00 — 8:00 p.m. at 2701 Lexington Avenue.
