EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING <br /> OF THE <br /> CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br /> * * * * * * * <br /> Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City <br /> of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota was duly held on the 6th day of October, <br /> 2014, at 6:00 p.m. <br /> The following members were present: Willmus, Laliberte, Etten, McGehee, Roe and the <br /> following were absent: None. <br /> Councilmember McGehee introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> RESOLUTION No. 11181 <br /> RESOLUTION SUPPORTING THE DESIGNATION OF COUNTY ROAD B2 AS <br /> A COUNTY STATE AID HIGHWAY FROM DALE ST TO RICE ST <br /> WHEREAS, County Road B2 from Cleveland Avenue to Dale Street has been designated <br /> as Ramsey County State Aid Highway 78; and, <br /> WHEREAS, County Road B2 from Dale Street to Rice Street is a Ramsey County <br /> facility but is not currently designated as a County State Aid Highway; and, <br /> WHEREAS, the character of County Road B2 between Dale Street and Rice Street is <br /> consistent with the character of said roadway west of Dale Street; and, <br /> WHEREAS, the Ramsey County Board did adopt a resolution on August 12, 2014, <br /> designating County Road B2 between Dale Street and Rice Street as County State Aid <br /> Highway 78. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of Roseville <br /> supports the designation of County Road B2 as an extension of County State Aid <br /> Highway 78 from Dale Street to Rice Street. <br /> The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by <br /> Councilmember Etten and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor <br /> thereof: Willmus, Laliberte, Etten, McGehee, Roe and the following voted against the <br /> same: None. <br /> WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
