The addition in front will require a zoning variance. One of the <br />requirements to have the variance approved is to obtain the signed approval of our neighbors on each <br />side and across the street. <br /> <br />The addition in front includes the following: <br />1. Add 10 feet to the front of the garage <br />2. Add an 8 foot by 20 foot porch (open porch with a roof) <br />See Plot Plan, front view and side view attached. <br /> <br />Reason for variance: The required set back for the house from the front property line is 30 feet.
