<br />Narrative - for #12(d) <br /> <br />702 Iona Lane <br /> <br />Why is this permit needed. <br /> <br />We need a larger garage. It's barely big enough to fit our 2 cars. There is no space for a <br />workbench. Everything is crammed in. We want to add a service door in front. <br /> <br />The addition we want to add to the back of our home will take away a few square feet in <br />the back comer of the garage where our existing back service door is. Without additional <br />space there will be no room for the new service door out the back. <br /> <br />The porch addition in front is added mostly for esthetics. It makes the front look better. <br /> <br />I believe the addition of the garage and porch will make the neighborhood look better. <br />The neighbors all support the addition. The people across the street will have a much <br />nicer house to look at.
