Attached to the Application is a copy of a Survey, as revised and dated <br />February 9, 2000, prepared by Egan Field & Nowak, Inc. The Survey includes a depiction <br />and complete legal description of the proposed vacation area. <br /> <br />The existing easements were incorporated into the plat of Partridge Industrial Park <br />as mandated perimeter drainage and utility easements on the north line of Lot 3 and the <br />south line of Lot 4. The proposed easement vacation area has not been utilized for drainage <br />and contains no utility lines. <br /> <br />The Applicant, Carlson-LaVine Development Co., LLC, has purchased both lots. It <br />intends to construct its corporate office and storage facility on the site. The drainage and <br />utility easements in the City's favor will continue to exist in the complete perimeter of.the <br />two lots. <br /> <br />Please note that Carlson-LaVine Development Co., LLC, owns 100% of the real <br />property adjacent to the proposed vacation. Accordingly, no additional petition has been <br />included with the application. If, as a formality, you. wish us to prepare such a petition and <br />have it signed by the applicant, please so inform me. <br />
