RECORDER <br />RAMSEY COUNTY MN <br /> <br />,/ <br /> <br />~\ <br /> <br />Fee A.ount: $19.50 <br /> <br />1111111111111111111111111111111111 <br /> <br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE <br />CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />\- <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council ofthe City of <br />Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was duly hel~ on the 24th day of July 2000, at 6:30 <br /> <br />p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Maschka, Mastel, Goedeke, Kysylyczyn <br />and the following were absent: Wiski . <br /> <br />Council Member Maschka introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 9797 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING A VARIANCE TO SECTION 1004.01A13 <br />OF THE ROSEVILLE CITY CODE FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT <br />1858 HAMLINE AVENUE (PF3236) <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Section 1004.01A13 stipulates that accessory structures, principle <br />structures, pavement surfaces, and concrete surfaces shall nQt exceed 30% of the total lot area; <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the property is located at 1858 Hamline Avenue and is legally described as: <br /> <br />To the West 158 feet of the North 1/2 of the $outh 125 feet of the <br />X North 15/32 of Northwest 1/4 of the Southeast 1/4 of Section 15, <br />Township 29, Range 23, according to the United States <br />Government Survey thereof and situate in Ramsey County, <br />Minnesota, (PIN: #152923420122); and <br /> <br />2- 2.______ <br />WHEREAS, Robert Reichenbach & Gail Anderson have requested approval to allow <br />construction of a 832 square foot detached garage in their rear yard area; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Reichenbach!
