Anderson, for a <br />Conditional Use Permit to construct a detached accessory building greater <br />than the allowable (40%) rear yard area on property located at 1858 <br />Hamline Avenue, based on the following: <br /> <br />Whereas, the Planning Commission finds that the proposed use is <br />not compatible with adjoining properties and is not consistent with <br />the Comprehensive Plan and, therefore, the planning commission <br />recommends that the City Council deny a Conditional Use Permit <br />to increase the rear yard building square footage allowance from <br />40% to 45% as set out in Section 4.8 to 4.17 of the project report <br />dated July 12,2000. <br /> <br />Ayes: 7 <br />Nays: 0 <br />Motion carried. <br />
