Koski <br />Vice-President and Administrator <br />Family Academy Charter School <br />2300 Hamline Avenue North <br />Roseville, Minnesota 55113 <br /> <br />Re: Request for Interim Use Permit, <br />At Advent Luthern Church, 3000 Hamline Avenue (PF3237) <br /> <br />Dear Ms. Hennessey and Ms. Koski: <br /> <br />The purpose of this letter is to confirm the Roseville City Council's actions on your <br />request for an Interim Use Permit to allow a temporary modular school facility at Advent <br />Lutheran Church. <br /> <br />On July 24, 2000, the City Council approved your request with the following motion and <br />by adoption of Resolution #9794, an executed copy of which is enclosed for your file: <br /> <br />"Maschka moved, Mastel seconded, by resolution, to approve the request by <br />Family Academy Charter School for an interim use permit to allow a temporary <br />modular school facility in the southeast corner of the eastern parking lot of <br />Advent Lutheran Church, 3000 Hamline Avenue, subject to the conditions <br />stipulated by the Rosevil/e Planning Commission (in Section 5.5 of the Request <br />for Council Action). " <br /> <br />The City Engineer will review the crossings at Hamline Avenue to secure the safety of <br />the children going to and from the City Park.
