The Interim Use Permit having a termination date of June 11,2003. WHEREAS, the Roseville City Council received the Planning Commission's recommendation on Monday, July 24; and WHEREAS, the Roseville City Council determined the Planning Commission's findings to a true and accurate basis for granting the requested interim use permit. NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council (the "Council") of the City ofRoseville, Minnesota (the "City"), Ramsey County, Minnesota, that the request by Family Academy Charter School for a interim use permit to allow a temporary modular school facility in the southeast comer of the eastern parking lot of Advent Lutheran Church, 3000 Hamline Avenue be approved, subject to the above conditions stipulated by the Roseville Planning Commission. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Council Member Mastel, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor: Maschka, Mastel, Goedeke and Kysylyczyn and the following voted against the same: None WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. 3
