<br />b. The driveway (garage) be designed to reduce the slope of the access from West <br />Owasso Boulevard in accordance with Section 703.04B8. <br /> <br />c. Said site plan to be verified by City <br />Staff, based on city records and a site visit (no survey necessary unless comer <br />pins cannot be located). <br /> <br />d.
