June 29. 2000. at 3:30 p.m.. in <br />the Roseville City Hall Community Development Conference Room. <br /> <br />Thomas Fletcher, 1325 Garden A venue, has petitioned for a Setback Permit to allow a <br />driveway expansion to encroach two feet into the required five-foot side yard setback. <br /> <br />The Setback Permit process allows adjacent property owners the opportunity to comment <br />on .the proposal in writing and also slows for the opportunity to comment at the above- <br />mentioned hearing.
