The interim use permit shall expire one year after the date of City Council approval. 5.0 SUGGESTED PLANNING COMMISSION ACTION 5.1 By motion, and based on the project report findings in Section 3, recommend approval (denial) of the request by Minnesota Waldorf School for an interim use permit to allow a temporary office trailer "Office B" adjacent the school entry and the parking lot of the Catholic Community of Corpus Christi, 2131 Fairview Avenue, for a period of one year, based on findings in Section 3 ofthe project report and subject to the following condition A.
