The garage will be 24 by 24 feet We plan on going with Sussel to
build the garage, so they will produce the detailed plans for the site, landscape, grading and
drainage.

12. d. Narrative
We are requesting this permit because we want a two-vehicle-plus garage, but we don't want to
limit our future house expansion potential by building too close to the east side Qf the house.

The garage and driveway will be built on the east side of the property, behind the house. The
location is next to the neighbor's garage, and our structure will be smaller in dimensions than
theirs.

Explanation for #9
Building the garage 5 feet from the property line causes the garage wall to overlap the plane of the
house wall. We plan to add on to the back of the house at some time, and the overlap could
restrict the size and location.

Explanation for #10 a.
We currently have a small one-car attached garage with a single car driveway. We cannot expand
this garage because it is located too near the property line on the west side of the house.

Explanation for #10 b.
Tbe new garage allows two vehicles to be stored, and driveway space to remove one vehicle from
the driveway without moving the other vehicle.

Explanation for #10 e.
Our lot is 66' by 275'. Tbe only current structure is our house with the attached garage.

Explanation for #10 f.
Not to our knowledge.

Explanation for #10 g.
We will have more storage space for workshop and outdoor equipment.

Explanation for #10 b.
Initially, the garage siding will be gray vinyl, which matches the color of house's wood shakes. In
a few years, we will be residing the house to match the gray vinyl of the garage.

Page 1
