Floor Tile (9" x 9") = 7,500 Square Feet These materials have isolated damage and should be repaired or ~ removed. All but about 10 linear feet of pipe insulation was determined to be nonasbestos. 2.0 INSPECTION METHODS The asbestos inspection of the NCR facility was conducted by Mr. Mark inspector and management planner. conducted on May 17, 1991. For example, roofing materials, non-accessible ceiling plenums, and pipe chases inside walls. If any insulation material is encountered that does not ap~ear in this report, but resembles ACM, that particular materl.al should be evaluated either by visual or if necessary, analytical means to determine that it aoes or does not contain asbestos.
