1.2 Limitations

The report provided by DPRA is subject to the following limitations:

. Observations of the subject property were made as indicated. Where observations
were limited, such as by locked or inaccessible spaces, DPRA provides no
conclusion as to the presence of hazardous substances or wastes.

. DPRA inspected all accessible areas of the building. While every attempt was
made to inspect the building, such as pulling up flooring and knocking through
walls, it is possible that materials are present in limited areas which were not
accessed during the survey. DPRA does not take responsibility for not identifying
any suspect ACBM that was hidden or in inaccessible areas. If materials are
encountered during the demolition that were not identified during the survey, the
materials should be sampled prior to any additional work being completed.

. DPRA did not sample or analyze for the presence of contaminated soil or
groundwater, polychlorinated biphenyls (PCBs), lead paint, or radon.

. DPRA did not perform a compliance audit to determine compliance of past or
present property owners with federal, state, or local laws or regulations.

5

Demolition Asbestos Survey
DPRA Project No. 5781.0002.0001
September 15,2000

Roseville Activity Center
Roseville.
