<br />.. <br /> <br /> <br />August 11, 2000 <br /> <br />Marc and Polly Stephnay <br />3016 Pascal Street <br />Roseville, Minnesota 55113 <br /> <br />RE: Setback Permitford3016 Pascal Avenue, PF 3248. <br /> <br />Dear Marc and Polly: <br /> <br />This letter is to confirm that on August 10, 2000, the Roseville Development Review Committee <br />(DRC) held a hearing regarding your request to allow the construction of a driveway addition <br />approximately seven feet in width and the length of your existing driveway. The specifics of <br />your request required the DRC to consider two foot setback permit. <br /> <br />The DRC recommended approval of your request to construct the driveway addition subject to <br />th~ following conditions: <br /> <br />A. <br /> <br />The drivewayadditionlexpansion shall not encroach greater than three feet into the <br />required five foot side yard setback or a distance two feet from your side yard <br />property line. <br /> <br />B. <br /> <br />Verification of the front and rear property corner stakes on the north side of the <br />property shall be provided prior to the issuance of a building permit. <br /> <br />c. <br /> <br />The driveway expansion will require the replacement of a curb section with an apron <br />or the proposed drive to angle into the existing.driveway at the point where .the.. . <br />driveway meets the apron. <br /> <br />D. <br />~ <br /> <br />A drainage plan shall be provided indicating the flow of storm water. In no case will <br />run-off be allowed to enter onto the adjacent (north) property. <br /> <br />. _ 'The City can assist in he"lping you l()cate your property corner pins." They may also have other <br />forms of information that can be used to assist in reaching a determination on where your <br />property line lies. Please contact Doug Strong (651.490.2225) in the Engineering Department <br />about the dis.tance your property line lies from the street curb.
