The way the lots are configured and the way that the original <br />driveway was poured at the top portion, there was not over 5' between the edge of the driveway <br />and the property line (as best as we.can detennine by using the backyard fence as the basis for <br />the property line). In order to have a continuous double driveway, we do not have any option but <br />to follow the existing. The edge of the driveway extension that we are proposing will be 3' from <br />the property line (abutting property at 3024 Pascal St. No.) <br /> <br />Question 10. <br />We meet at least 8 of the 12 site conditions. <br />a. One car garage - this is true. <br />b. HaVing a double driveway improves the liveability of our property and it looks better than <br />having a small portion of grass on our property next to the driveway. <br />d.
