<br />Community Development Department <br />651.490.2279. fax: 651.490.2931 <br /> <br />August 4, 2000 <br /> <br />Dear Roseville Property Owner: <br /> <br />You are cordially invited to attend and participate in the Roseville Develovment Review <br />Committee's (DRC) Setback Permit Hearim! on Thursdav, AU/lUst 10,2000, at 3:30 V.m., in <br />the Roseville Citv Hall Communitv Develovment Conference Room. <br /> <br />The previous letter sent regarding the August 10, 2000, Setback Permit hearing was in error. <br />The request should read as follows: <br /> <br />Reynold Mueller, 987 County Road "B" has petitioned for a Setback Permit to allow the <br />construction of a 26 by 30 (780 square foot) detached garage two feet into the required five foot <br />side yard setback. The Permit being requested is for the allowance of a three foot side yard <br />setback. The narrative provided as an attachment with the previous letter best explains the <br />applicants intentions to be considered by the Development Review Committee. <br /> <br />The Setback Permit process allows adjacent property owners the opportunity to comment on the <br />proposal in writing and also allow for the opportunity to comment at the above-mentioned <br />hearing. Should you have any comments or questions about this particular Setback Permit <br />application, please feel free to attend the meeting on August 10, or call me at 651.490.2236. <br /> <br />Attached for your information is a copy of the application, narrative, and site plan.
